At Key 2 Gifts, we do not offer refunds for products once they have been delivered.
However, if your product arrives damaged, please provide a full, unedited video clearly showing the condition of the item as soon as possible. Once we review and confirm the issue from the video, we will process a refund.
To ensure a smooth resolution, please make sure the video captures the damage clearly and is sent within 48 hours of receiving your order.
